Terms of Use

2. Age and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. Users who are minors where they live must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Do not use the service where prohibited by law.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for protecting your login links, devices and sessions. Do not share magic links, tokens or account access. Provide accurate contact information and promptly report unauthorized access. Guest progress may be device-only and may be lost if app data is cleared or the app is removed.

4. Limited licence

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and use the released game for lawful entertainment. You may not sell, sublicense, reverse engineer beyond rights granted by applicable law, bypass security, extract protected assets, operate unauthorized servers, or use project content in another product without permission.

5. Fair play and prohibited conduct

• No cheats, bots, unauthorized automation, memory modification, packet manipulation or exploit abuse.
• No harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, sexual exploitation, grooming or illegal content.
• No denial-of-service activity, credential theft, malware, scraping that harms the service or attempts to access other users’ data.
• No sale or transfer of accounts unless we expressly allow it.
• Report serious bugs privately; do not weaponize or publish active exploits before remediation.

6. Multiplayer, voice and user conduct

Online features may expose your display name, player ID, team, match actions and status to other players. Voice mode, when technically enabled, is optional and must not be used for abuse or illegal communication. We may moderate, restrict or retain limited evidence needed to investigate serious violations.

7. Updates, availability and test builds

Features, maps, balancing, servers and supported devices may change. Security or compatibility updates may be mandatory. Test, development or preview builds may be unstable and can be withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent availability of a mode, or compatibility with every device or network.

8. Purchases and advertising

The Android app contains a consent-first Google Mobile Ads integration. Only a frequency-capped post-match interstitial is approved; gameplay, authentication, matchmaking, rewarded, app-open, native and banner placements remain disabled. Signed Android releases may offer Google Play Games Services v2 sign-in, profile, Achievements and Leaderboards screens. Achievement writes, leaderboard score submission, Saved Games and server-auth-code exchange are disabled until separately approved and configured. The current source has no Google Play Billing purchase flow. Ads, paid items or subscriptions may be enabled only after the released build, store listing, disclosures, refund terms, consent flow and Play Console declarations are approved and synchronized. Do not make payments outside an official approved purchase flow.

9. Intellectual property and third-party licences

Desi Battleground branding and original project content are protected. Godot Engine, add-ons, models, maps, audio and other third-party components remain governed by their own licences and attribution requirements. See Licences and Credits. 10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for cheating, abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, repeated violations or risk to users and infrastructure. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion at /account-deletion.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for losses caused by unsupported devices, third-party networks, unauthorized modifications, lost guest data, maintenance or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Jharkhand, India will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any dispute process required by law.
