Copyright & Content Removal
Report copyrighted work, private information, impersonation, confidential content, invalid licensing or another unauthorized use. Exact content location and reliable evidence help us act correctly.
Government ID is not required for every complaint.
For a standard copyright or licence complaint, ownership evidence is normally more useful than identity documents. Masked government ID is required only when personal identity, privacy, impersonation or authority cannot otherwise be verified. Never upload an OTP, password, bank statement, biometric data or an unmasked Aadhaar number.

Review and removal process
1. Record: A unique complaint reference is generated immediately. 2. Verify: We review identity only where necessary, then check ownership, authorization, exact content location, licence terms and the requested remedy. 3. Protect: Credible urgent privacy, impersonation or safety complaints may be temporarily restricted while reviewed. 4. Decide: Content may be removed, restricted, corrected, retained, or referred for more evidence.
For a formal Copyright Rule 75 transient-storage notice, the separate statutory undertaking and court-order process applies. False, fraudulent or abusive requests may be dismissed. Submission alone does not guarantee removal.
